Their warm, fish-filled waters have influenced not only the climate of this southern Russian region, but the way of life and the culinary traditions of local residents. RTG TV host Stanislav Salnikov visited the Camelot Restaurant in Krasnodar where he helped prepare a delicious meal of spiny dogfish steak served with a Black Sea anchovy sauce.
