English Style Russian Lunch

Directions: Fry the sticks of bread on both sides and put on a plate. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add in the grated cheese and beer and stir constantly until the cheese melts. Then sprinkle in the red pepper and put in the mustard. Beat the egg yolks and pour them in as well. Paint this mixture onto the fried bread and put the sticks in the cooker for 10 minutes to cook. Baked English ham recipe serves 2 persons; preparation time ~ 15 minutes; cooking time ~ 40 minutes Ingredients: 1 kg. pork neck, 1 carrot, garlic, salt, pepper, spicy mustard. Directions: Make several stabs in the meat with a knife. Cut the carrot and garlic into several pieces. Stuff the vegetables into the cuts you made in the meat. Cook the meat in a pan until it has a nice golden crust on both sides. Put salt and pepper on the meat and rub the mustard on it. Wrap the pork in aluminium foil and bake in the cooker for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Feta-and walnut-stuffed tomatoes recipe serves 2 persons; preparation time ~ 5 minutes; cooking time ~ 15 minutes Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, 100 g. mushrooms, 1 white onion, 100 g. feta, walnuts, 20 g. mayonnaise. Directions: Chop up the onion and mushrooms and fry them in a pan. Mix the vegetables in a bowl with the chopped walnuts. Grate the cheese and put it in as well. Add in the mayonnaise and stir. Use a knife and spoon to scoop out the core and a little bit of the middle of the tomatoes. Stuff with the walnut and cheese mixture. Garnish with fresh green herbs and serve. Stuffed turnip in a sour cream sauce recipe serves 2 persons; preparation time ~ 15 minutes; cooking time ~ 40 minutes Ingredients: 1 medium-sized turnip, 100 g. pork, 100 g. beef, 1 white onion, 1 tbsp. breadcrumbs, 50 ml. cream, 1 egg, 30 ml. sour cream, salt, pepper. Directions: Cut the meat into small cubes. Chop the onion and add it into a bowl with the meat. Also add in the egg, cream, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper. Mix well. Boil the turnip until it is half cooked. Save some of the turnip water to use later. Cut off the top and remove the middle of the turnip, leaving a thin outer wall of the vegetable. Spoon the stuffing into the turnip shell. Put a spoonful of sour cream on top and set the turnip in a pot with a little bit of the water the turnip was boiled in. Bake in the cooker for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
