Cuisine associated with the Bryansk region is very unique in that developed thanks to the traditions of three Slavic nations; the city is situated where Russia, Belarus and Ukraine meet. Over the years, the inhabitants of this region have shared their customs and culinary traditions with their neighbours. This has helped to create dishes that can only be found in this specific area.
