70 kilometers far from Saint-Petersburg the «Australian Khutor» is situated. It was named so because some of it's inhabitants are the «green continent» born and bred inhabitants. They are ostriches. The presenter Anna Smirnova got acquainted with the farm owners Vladimir and Irina Alksnis. Vladimir told that ostrich's brain is three times little than it's eye is (it means short-term memory), explained why the ostrich's leather is much more expensive than the crocodile one is and Irina treated the representer to the omelet with an ostrich egg. One this egg is equal up to 50 chicken eggs! It even isn't simple to break an ostrich egg.
