One of its oldest events is the 400-meter dash, the crowning event of outstanding Russian runner Kseniya Vdovina. The athlete from Lipetsk Oblast undoubtedly possesses speed, endurance, strength and technique. Still quite young by track and field standards, Vdovina is already a full member of the national team. Today Kseniya Vdovina can pride herself in being a junior European champion and a silver medalist in the World Championship.
