The Republic of Ingushetia is one of Russia's southern regions, ensconced in the magnificent Caucasus mountains. Here they honor the customs of their forebears and preserve ancient culinary traditions. The Ingush create filling dishes using simple ingredients: meat, milk, flour and vegetables.
